Over the course of the last 30 years of managing within both the public and private sectors, Safety & Management Solutions Limited have significant experience and skills in a wide range of activities including open air events.

We can advise on, and deliver, safety for open air events including liaising with the Local Authorities and Emergency Services. We are also competent in the undertaking of event command and control to ensure that the event passes without incident.

Events managed since 2000 include open air music festivals and concerts featuring major artists including Will Young, West Life, Busted, Status Quo, The Feeling and Jules Holland where the audience numbers total many thousands of people as well as Picnic in the Park Prom concerts at Quex Park, Birchington.

Other events in which we have been involved with include the planning and management of carnivals, parades, fetes and funfairs.
