The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 (CDM) created specific roles within construction projects, roles which are determined by whether or not there are notifiable to the HSE.
The conditions in which a construction project becomes Notifiable are when it is scheduled to last:
- For more than 30 days or
- Exceed more than 500 staff days
