CIEH Level 2 Food Safety in Manufacturing
This course would suit candidates working within the food production and manufacturing industry who are handling higher risk food. This course would be suited to those working within food processing, packing, storage and assembly.
Level 2 Food Safety training comprises of 5 modules followed by a 30 question multiple-choice knowledge check. The course will take approximately 3 hours and 30 minutes to complete including the knowledge check.
Like level 1 courses there is a core syllabus which moves to cover in greater detail the areas of interest for each candidate dependent on whether they’re taking the catering, manufacturing or retail course.
The knowledge check comprises of 30 randomly selected questions from a question bank with the candidate required to answer 23 questions correctly to achieve the pass mark a 70%.
Successful candidates will be able to download their certificate at the end of the course, you can log back in using your log in details if you require another copy at a later date. You will also be able to track candidates progress through the course, seeing what element has been completed, passed and print their certificate. Safety and Management Solutions Ltd will be able to access the CIEH certificate bank to validate that the candidate has completed and passed the course, on request.
