CIEH Level 2 Health and Safety in Hospitality
This particular qualification is designed to provide candidates with a good knowledge of safe working of health and safety within the mainstream hospitality sector such as hotels, restaurants, and retail and leisure venues.
This course will provide candidates with an understanding of health and safety issues, allowing them to better contribute to workplace safety management systems. The course covers a wide area of safety issues including relevant legislation and understanding of the issues around the delivery of health, safety and welfare and risk assessment processes, along with a range of work specific hazards including the workplace and workplace equipment, transport & vehicles, manual handling, noise and vibration, hazardous substances and Ergonomics and workstation design
The course will take approximately 4 hours to complete, which will conclude with a 20 multiple-choice question knowledge check of which the candidate is required to answer 18 correctly to pass the course.
Successful candidates will be able to download their certificate at the end of the course, you can log back in using your log in details if you require another copy at a later date. You will also be able to track candidates progress through the course, seeing what element has been completed, passed and print their certificate. Safety and Management Solutions Ltd will be able to access the CIEH certificate bank to validate that the candidate has completed and passed the course, on request.
