It’s almost Christmas, and Christmas means presents! Like any present, though, this one is buried under a few layers of tape and wrapping paper – which in this case means some news about the site. Read on to learn about the new features we’ve implemented for payments and questions, and for a special discount code you can use across all of our courses.
Chatbox
We have some new features on our website! We wanted to create a platform that was quicker and easier for our customers to contact us in the future. Therefore, we’ve decided to add a chat box onto the website, so we can connect with our customers more quickly and personally.
From today, you can click on the purple chat icon at the bottom right of the screen to chat to us instantly. No more waiting around for emails, or having to talk to someone on the phone. You can ask any question at all anonymously, and we will see it.
Whether it’s a random health and safety question, an issue with bookings, or which course will be the most beneficial for your future, you are more than welcome to ask us. At the end of each chat, the whole conversation will then be emailed directly to you, so you can look back at the questions you have asked us and our responses.
The chat box will give you two options: to chat instantly; or to leave your email address in case you’re busy, so that we can contact you later. We will be able to reply to you just as fast, but without our floating faces staring at you!
Payl8r
Another feature we’ve recently added to the site is the option to pay for courses on your own schedule. Instead of having to pay for everything at once, which can be costly for some of our longer courses, you can give yourself time to breathe.
Payl8r allows you to pay in instalments over 3, 6 or even 9 months, whichever suits you best. With this option, there’s no need to rely on credit cards, or worry about getting into debt before Christmas.
When putting your details in the checkout payment section, at the very bottom of the page before you select confirm, there will be an option to select Payl8r. This will then direct you onto a page that will explain the various options for this payment format.
With Payl8r, we are able to discuss a payment plan that suits you. We have a calculator on our website to help you understand how these payment instalments will work, which you can find here.
Christmas discount code
We now have a new Christmas discount code! This code is available to all of our customers, no matter how big or small the purchase. The code is valid across ALL Zoom and Classroom courses, including our nationally respected NEBOSH courses (£475 – £850 + VAT) and our Emergency First Aid courses (£60 + VAT).
