During this challenging time, we’ve been working to move as much of our training online as possible. With the help of the First Aid Awards (FAA), we’re delighted to announce that we can now offer Level 2 and Level 3 First Aid for Mental Health training as online courses.
These courses will be taught using video tuition, either on Zoom or a platform of your choice. As well as one-to-one video training, you’ll also receive physical course materials, as well as access to a range of online resources. Finally, you’ll take two assessments via video call.
Rest assured that the courses provide the same qualification as our equivalent classroom courses, and cover all of the same content. The training will be conducted by one of our experienced trainers, and is fully supported and accredited by the FAA.
This training addresses an issue that’s particularly pertinent at the moment, with mental health being especially important while we’re cooped up at home. Both courses will help you to identify issues with others, provide support, and instil a more positive culture in your workplace.
The Level 2 course focuses more on what you can do as an individual to support others, and explores the most common mental health conditions. The Level 3 training is more advanced, and focuses on workplace culture and policies, as well as a broader range of conditions.
For more information and to book either of these courses, visit our new First Aid for Mental Health online course page. Alternatively email Lee at firstname.lastname@example.org, or phone us on (01843) 821406 to learn more about the course and our video training.
